Highlights: Competitors can choose between the 8mile or 15mile loop of the famous James River Park trails considered one of the most technically challenging urban trail systems in the country. The mountain bike course includes steep up hill and downhill single track trails stairs over railroad tracks tunnels bridges creek crossings and many other natural obstacles. Dominion Riverrock returns in 2010 for its 2nd annual celebration of sports music and river life in Richmond VA. The twoday event unites the community through a unique mix of activities and friendly competitions set against the backdrop of Richmond?s downtown riverfront. This year?s celebration will include competitions in a variety of adrenalinepumping athletic disciplines including a mud run freestyle bike competitions water sports including trail running mountain biking kayaking and the Ultimate Air Dogs for our four legged friends. In addition each night will be filled with live music.
