Choose the race type you are training for as well as the final time you are aiming to reach, and we'll tell you your "race pace".
This is a per minute mile "rough goal" it is near impossible to be within second so we just rounded those off, as some miles are slightly faster or slower than others.
Check your watch and if you are running something near the number from the calc then you are in good shape.
